Founded in 1999, Aviv Eilon & Co., a boutique law firm specializing in internet and technology law, seeks to provide personalized and uncompromising legal representation for each and every one of our clients.

To accomplish this goal, we have formed a professional team of experienced and dedicated lawyers, with a combined legal track record of proven success. Our associates are highly trained, ever committed and aim to prioritize clients’ needs above all else.   We’ve put a lot of thought into creating efficient work methodologies and have invested in the latest technological resources, including cloud technology.

We utilize the power of Office 365, OneDrive, DropBox, Asana, Harvest and other online and offline services and utilities to make our firm as paperless, accessible and efficient as possible, anytime and from anywhere. The last thing you want for your business is to be buried beneath mounds of legal paperwork and left grappling with complex legalese. At Aviv Eilon & Co. we take the legal load off of our clients, so they can focus on their day-to-day business activities and operations.

We provide legal consultation and representation in civil and commercial law disciplines, with particular affinity and expertise in the fields of technology, hi-tech companies and startups. We also know that as businesses grow and evolve, regulations and legislation can form potential obstacles. We provide services to a variety of organizations throughout their corporate life cycles.

We work with startups taking their first steps in the business world, as well as with well-established corporations, so every business milestone is crossed with legal ease.  We guide our clients throughout their corporate establishment processes, consult on day-to-day corporate activities, handle investment deals and the raising of capital. We also negotiate acquisition and merger terms on our clients’ behalf.

We use our 20 years of experience and out-of-the-box thinking in complex litigation cases - some having created precedents within the Israeli legal landscape -to provide our clients with the best possible legal representation in Israeli courts. And as new clients continue to walk through our office doors, we proudly look back upon these precedents to formulate plans of action to win impending cases. We believe that our success stems from our commitment to excellence and determination to provide top-notch legal services to every client.

Personalization and attention are at the heart of Aviv Eilon & Co.’s legal services and we confront each and every challenge with the same level of enthusiasm and diligence, regardless of the client’s size. Each client comes with its own unique legal and commercial needs, all requiring and receiving our full and exclusive attention. That’s an Aviv Eilon & Co. promise.
